One of my favorite days of the week is here! Close to Monday, Sunday is my favorite day of the week in 2015. Its a complete day of regrouping, readjusting, preparing, and setting new goals to DEMOLISH during the week. That’s right Demolish!!!
What did you accomplish this week? If you didn’t accomplish what you set out to last week, that’s okay! Back to the drawing board where you can assess what will help you reach that goal this week! It could be a simple adjustment such as going to sleep an hour earlier. Or preparing meals ahead of time to free up some time during the week. I can’t stress enough how important it is to really stay focused, write your goals down, and maintain a positive mindset.
At church this morning, the pastor shared a thought regarding focus. Get this:When you magnify something, the intensity of the thing your focusing on holds such power. The pastor gave the example of the sun, when magnified, sets things on FIRE. Now use that magnifying glass to focus in on your goals day by day and you will be able to set things on fire too! (figuratively of course).

This week I have the goal to meditate at least once a day for a minimum of 15 minutes.
